Okinawa Hydrangea Fields | Nashville Tennessee Photographer
Time is a thief, this session was a year ago!! I’ve never blogged it, how did that happen? Well, last year I knew I wanted to take advantage of the acres and acres of blue hydrangeas in the northern part of the island, which all belonged to a 90 year old local woman. I made the hair crowns for my clients that day and tried to enjoy being outdoors before the thick humidity and heat so hot it hits you when you walk outside well and truly started for the year.
My main love for telling stories with my camera is in your home at your most intimate and comfortable, but let’s be honest, sometimes nothing is prettier than the Great Outdoors! I’ve yet to explore much of Tennessee for locations, but I’m eagerly anticipating autumn in hopes of all the chilled air and colored leaves! Crazy I know, but I’m looking forward to wearing a scarf and coat again!
I’ve been so happy since being back and seeing all the blossoms this year! Oh, and the birds! Next year I would like to plan on Mommy & Me sessions in the spring with all the beautiful trees blossoming here in Tennessee.
