I met this Mama at the Girl Gang Event at Miss Lucille's Marketplace. She stopped by my table and I was immediately smitten with her daughter, Agatha! She was still pregnant at the time. Life got in the way, as it usually does, and Allie couldn’t quite make the time to get a newborn session, so we went with the next best thing, and that’s a family session! Her husband decided to get out of the military and she wanted her family documented in the home they lived in on Fort Campbell before this chapter closed on her.

It takes us about an hour, give or take, for you to have portraits for a lifetime!

Preparing for your in home session is fairly easy.  Generally, we will photograph in 3-4 rooms.  Usually those rooms are the master bedroom, living room, children’s rooms, and sometimes, kitchen/dining room.  There is no deep cleaning needed - don’t rent the Rug Doctor!!  But yes, general tidying is recommended.  Grab a laundry basket and throw all the unsightly things in it and hide it!  Throw the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wipe off the counters, run the vacuum, and that’s about it, honestly! The best part is, when I’m done, you get to enjoy your clean house!
